Cooking class:
Starts with a meeting with the hotel Chef who accompanies your visit to a local Hoi An market where you get a chance to learn all about Vietnamese ingredients. This visit, normally organized with Pedicab (Cyclo-Push) and car, then is followed by cooking demonstration taking place directly at the Rooftop restaurant. Here every participant has the possibility to actively take part in the action and practice. 
After the class, lunch will be served at the restaurant to sample all the different dishes prepared by the participants during the class. Relaxing on the Sky bar with a cup of tea and exchange experiences together after the course.
