CONFIRMATIONS
All reservation requests are normally confirmed by returning fax or e-mail. In case immediate confirmation cannot be made, information of the booking status will be advised, along with your payment information.
Sightseeing excursions are accompanied by local English speaking guides. German, French, Spanish or other language speaking guides are available on request in some locations. A language escort for the entire tour can be requested for a supplementary cost.
Accommodation is in shared twin-bedded rooms, with a supplementary charge for single occupancy.
RATES
All rates are quoted net (incl. Service Tax) in U.S. Dollars at current rates of exchange to the local currency. Taxes such as service tax, airport departure taxes, as well as rates of exchange are subject to change and rates will have to be adjusted accordingly.
COMPULSORY GALA DINNERSon Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, Tet and other festivals
Please be aware that most hotels organize special gala dinners which are compulsory for allguests on Christmas Day, New Year's Eve as well as during other festive occasions. These dinners must be paid for - they are a compulsory charge, regardless of whether the client wants the dinner or not. Any clients staying at the hotel during these specific days will automatically be charged, no refund will be given. If the hotel announces its rates for the compulsory dinners at a later time, theclients have to pay for the compulsory dinner(s) directly to the hotel on the spot. Prices for compulsory gala dinners are listed in separate columns. Our rates for compulsory gala dinners are net and no further discounts apply.
PROGRAMME CHANGES
All our tour itineraries are pre-arranged and, in the case of the standard group tour plan, no programme changes or modifications can be made. We reserve the right to re-arrange the order of any tour itinerary, to cancel or substitute elements of any tour plan, without notice, when local conditions require such changes.
POLICY ON CHILDREN
Children between 2 and below 12 years of age are granted a 15% discount on transfers, excursions and package tours provided on condition, that they share the room with the adults. A maximum of two children per party are granted such discounts. Children requiring their own rooms are charged as adults, but will be granted a 25% discount on applicable airfares on receipt of passport copies.
DEPOSIT
Deposits are required in order to guarantee services. You will be given the exact amount and time when the deposit must reach our accounts. We will only make deposits to suppliers once received from your end.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made in cash, by credit card or combination (See payment methods). Except for cash payment, all bank service charges of the transfer must be paid by the client. Our bank account details are:

CANCELLATIONS
FIT (Individuals)
Cancellation charges are calculated from the day the written notification is received by the company or agent as a percentage of the net total tour price, as shown plus any surcharges (eg. Ticketed air sectors, other penalties imposed by suppliers such as hotels):
- 60 - 45 days prior to arrival = 30% of tour price
- 45 - 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of tour price
- 29 - 15 days prior to arrival = 60% of tour price
- 14 - 8 days prior to arrival = 80% of tour price
- 7 - 0 days prior to arrival = 100% of tour price
Refunds will not be given for unused or canceled services after the tour arrangements have commenced.
Hotel only
- Low season (April to October)
25 - 15 days= 60% charge
14 - 0 days= 100% of stay charge
- High season (November to March)
Up to 55 days = no charge
54 - 46 days= 60% charge
45 - 0 days= 100% of stay charge
Certain Hotels have tougher conditions which will be advised separately.
GIT (Groups)
- Cancellation of tours due to minimum number of participants will be advised 6 weeks before departure of the tour; in which case we will offer an alternative tour of a similar standard or a full refund.
- Cancellation condition for GIT booking will be offered separately case by case.
FIT and GIT
Refunds will not be given for unused or cancelled services after the tour arrangements have commenced.
Charges on other services
Since we provide lots of services and nature of each booking is different so we can not apply a fixed policy for all. Please ask us for detail Cancellation and Refund Policy in your particular case before using our services.
Note: It also depends on the different cancellation policies of suppliers (hotels, carriers and other contractors) to determine the amount of refund.
LIABILITY
We always try our best to supply perfect services for all customers. However, certain parts of the tours offered are provided by the concerned airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices operating independently. We are, therefore, not responsible for any loss, injury or damage caused thereby to the tourists including those occurring outside of the normal touring programmes. Additional expenses incurred due to force majeure beyond our control, for example any delay, loss, damage, injury, illness, accident, natural disaster, political actions and unrest, we will make the efforts to find satisfactory alternatives and minimize inconvenience, but shall not be liable for any losses incurred. If such alterations involve additional cost, this must be borne by the client. Programmes, prices, services, and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing hereof and are consequently subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Participation in the tour implies the tourists' acceptance of the above conditions.
In the event we cancel a trip, for any reason, we will contact you immediately and offer you the alternatives or all money for services described in the reserved itinerary will be refunded in full. However, if you agree to such refunds, the fee for money transfer must be borne by you. Such alternatives require a close cooperation and harmony between both the client and our company. Please send an email to our manager or tour operators to discuss, we are happy to listen and do all our best to give you the fairest things possible.
Insurance
Insurance is not included in the tour cost. We require you to take out travel insurance and any other necessary insurances including cancellation fees, medical and curtailment expenses, loss of luggage, early departure from tour due to death or illness etc. This adequate information is very important to meet your needs, and will assume that you will have done so before your arrival in Vietnam.
Entry requirements
It is the responsibility of each tour participant to obtain, comply and carry a valid passport, visa(s), health equipment and any other documents required by applicable government regulations. We can not be held liable for any illness, delays or costs resulting from your failure to meet these requirements. Please make sure that your passport is valid from the day you arrive in Vietnam. You are also strongly advised to use visa service in our company.
Privacy policy
Personal information about you such as name, address, phone number, or email address is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protect the privacy and security of any personally identifiable information you provide us. Your personal information will not be released unless the law permits it or your permission is granted.

We are not responsible for use of links operated by parties in our website. We provide you links for a merely aim to widen your knowledge as well as be convenient for you to search information. However, we do not control the contents of those links and have no responsibility for their contents or your uses of them. Any linked website on our website does not imply approval of the links by us. We do not accept any liability in connection with any such website.
Claims
All dispute, claims and litigation regarding the Services shall first be settled by way of negotiation and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiation and mutual understanding would fail, the disputes, claims or litigation shall be finally settled by arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All claims must be submitted in writing 30 days after the end of the Services.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
- Please note that traveling during the Vietnamese New Year (TET) is not advisable as the entire country joins into a long break of celebrations. Most activities come to a standstill.
- Most Museums are closed on Mondays and partly on Fridays and some public holidays.
- Please note that the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum in Hanoi is closed every Monday and Friday and during the entire months of October and November.
- We further would like to advise that, because of frequent flight changes, delays, cancellations by the various domestic airlines and trains we cannot fully guarantee that the proposed itinerary can be carried out as planned. Based on our experience, changes of departure times and/or cancellations can occur at very short notice even after confirmations of a flight have been received. The same applies for train travel: schedule changes occur frequently; often without prior notification.
- In case of schedule changes or flight cancellation we always try everything human possible to arrange an alternate programme within the framework of the original quoted costs. However we reserve the right to charge any cost exceeding the original budget to the tour operator/travel agent or to the participant of a tour after consultation with the agent.
